What to have prior to the appointment
Rabies Vaccination records, can bring a copy to the appointment our email us at muddypupsmanagement@gmail.com. Dogs that are pregnant need to wait to book an appointment.
What to expect
We collect information about your dogs or cats. We give you an approximate quote based on the breed, size, weight, and type of hair. We booked the appointment. Groom consultation in person with the clients and groomers, give you an approximate time when they will be finished and then contact you when they are finished.
- If you go home and see something you want to fix with the groom, contact us and we will fix and make changes
What is included
Bath, Brushout, DeShed, Haircut, Nails trimmed and Filed, Brushing, Ear Cleaning, Anal Gland Expressions
Salon Rules
- Our salon requires any appointment cancellations be made by 4PM the night before. "No call, no shows," or same day cancellations, will be subjected to No Show fees that must be paid prior to booking future appointments
- 50% of grooming price will be charged if no call no show
- Express Fee: full groom is only available if you book a 8-10 appointment. For your convenience, your pet is finished as quickly as we can, generally in 2 hours or less. 10$ add-on
- Late Fee: Clients get a 15 MINUTE grace period after appointment time. if 20-30 minutes late, will inquire about a late fee of $15. If they are that late it is not guaranteed they will be done right away and might not be able to take them anymore
